The Erotic Heritage Museum has been organizing burlesque shows since its beginning days, but I hadn’t really heard of too many other burlesques showings. That is until last month.

The first event I heard of was put on at an unheard-of-to-me bar called Boomers. The Burlesques night was going to be held on the last Saturday of the month and cost only $10. Ash and I were sold.

After a brief conversation with the bartender, Ash and I learned that apparently we were a bit behind on the Las Vegas Burlesque scene. The event has been going on for the past few months and was slowly but surely gaining popularity.

Not even two weeks after, I heard of another burlesque event. This one was held at The El Cortez, in the middle of the week. Kind of a random, but once again, Ash and I were in. So we got dressed up and made our way downtown – finally ready for a night of burlesque.

But once again, we were hindered. The event cashier couldn’t take a card, and neither Ash or I had cash. So thus far, we haven’t experienced these events, but one these days, I really hope nothing will stand in our way.

So we decided to step outside our comfort zone and the idea of the Strip Club Marathon was born. We would go from strip club to strip club long enough to enjoy a drink or a dance. Turns out there was more sinin’ going on out side of Las Vegas last weekend, so the Sin City Sex Blog packed up and went to L.A.!

Anyway – after all his bitching and moaning about how uncool this app is here’s how the photos of the weekend played out: I took about 20, Ash took about 400 all of them using the hipstamatic app. Needless to say, for the next couple days, we will be bringing you lots of visual coverage (in a very artistic style) of our time at AdultCon LA.

We got to our hotel, The O Hotel in downtown LA around 10:30pm and met up with Alyss Heart, Pete and Kris of Porn Star Tweet and some of their friends. Almost immediately I realized that the weekend was going to be crazy and I was excited to see how everything played out.
